Definitely take a post-bac to raise your sGPA as much as you can before June, and have a good explanation for your suspension. Aside from that, it looks golden.

For this cycle: Slim to none. I am not trying to be sarcastic or mean here but most schools have already had their deadline!
For Next Cycle: Everything looks good except for the first and last thing you mentioned. A low GPA like that coupled with academic malfeasance is not going to look too good. See if you can do a year of post bacc to improve the GPA side of things. With a slightly higher 3.4-ish overall and 3.2-3.3ish science you'd be in good shape I'd think.

So is this a hypothetical chance me? I thought I saw you asking how to study in the DAT forum but this says you got a 24...
Also, like in the last thread you asked about this, the plagiarism doesn't look good but if its because of improper citation be able to fully explain that.

Even if that was completely undeserved, you have to understand that the first round of eliminations are purely numbers based. They'll cut all the people with low numbers because those are the easiest folks to cut. Only then will they look at the rest of you, fairly solid, application.
If money is an issue, you may want to actually do post-bac instead of spending a lot on apps or multiple cycles of applications. You may also look into taking classes at a cheaper state school or something like that. If you have a career counselor type, talk to them. They're usually full of ideas!

Yikes, unfortunately it seems that most schools are not very forgiving when it comes to GPA. You gotta find a way to pay for multiple fully loaded semesters to get that sGPA to a 3.0 at the very least. Also, make sure you have ample evidence to prove that your plagiarism was indeed that "unintentional." Being suspended for a semester for something like that seems kinda fishy to me.

I am not yet a Dental student. I am just giving advice based on what I've seen and the kinds of folks who get admitted. As with any sort of opinion question take the answers with a grain of salt, your mileage may vary etc.
The safest option, in my eyes, is to make your application stronger and apply once with hopefully successful results so that is what I'd advise you to do. If you're exceptionally good, you may land a seat somewhere with your current record, but to do that you'll want to apply to a broad array of schools which costs a lotta $$ and that seems to be a problem.

I am just stating the obvious - prestigious and sought after schools will first screen through numbers because that is the easiest way to...shall we say thin the herd? Of course the rest of the application is important and conveys the kind of student you are. I'm merely stating that a student with abysmal scores and grades is less likely to have his/ her application given the deeper look or full consideration of the committee.
That said, congrats on getting in and I am glad I was wrong in your case. Despite presumably, less than stellar scores or GPA, your application must have been very good indeed, or you knew the right people, or you just plain deserved to get in for whatever else you did to show your desire to become a dentist. Regardless, you surely admit that outcomes such as yours are both exceptions and exceptional in nature - whatever they are, they are not the norm.
