I apologize for not directly answering your question, I am not as educated on top 10 admissions as I'd like to be.
What I am educated on is that it's fine to apply to these, but you MUST apply to safeties. So many people apply to the top 20 schools and end up being reapplicants. So let me encourage you to apply to in states and low or mid tiers, depending on your MCAT.
But if you keep your grades up and do well on the MCAT you'll be fine.

Right now you seem like a nice kid with a couple of years of college. In terms of Medical school chances you are still embryonic: no bridges burned but no one can predict your future.

Drexel, Temple, Tulane, Wayne State, Virginia Tech, Toledo, PSU, Rochester, SUNY downstate, Albany Medical, Loyola, Rosalind and Jefferson are all on my list too as "I have a shot schools"
