Chances at academic Neurology residency with research but no pubs

Hi everyone!

I'm a 4th year applying into Neurology. I'm interested in academic programs, and I have research experience, but am concerned about my lack of publications. Do you think my lack of pubs will hold me back at academic programs? Any advice you have would be much appreciated!

School: Top 25 US MD
Step 1/2: 250/265
Grades: 1 High Pass in Family Med, the rest Honors (including Neurology and Medicine)
Research: a few research experiences in Neurology, but no publications (one case report is in the works, but won't be submitted yet when applications go out)
