The issue should be less about getting into Ross or any medical school for that matter, and more about whether 'your friend' can hack it once in med school.
A 15 on the MCAT is pretty low. It really begs the question if they will be able to assimilate the material in med school or more importantly if they will be able to pass the boards. If you cant pass the boards, you will have wasted 100K.
