chances of internship match for foreign graduates

I plan to apply internship through Virmp this month.

I really want to know the chances of foreign vets to be matched with the internship program. Could someone give me some opinions regarding that? Is it really that competitive for foreign vets? Since I didnt graduate from AVMA Accredited

I dont plan to take ECFVG or PAVE, so I plan to rank only the programs which do not require state license or some programs with applicable license without these examinations.

i graduated in turkey.I have no ecfg or pave.I want to make internship in usa.I especially interested in internal medicine or oncology.Now i have a few questions.please can you help me if you have any idea.
1-is internal medicine or oncology too competitive?which internship programs are less competitive
2-my gpa was 3.63.is it important for foreign?what would be my change if i apply
3-is externship necessary before apply to intership.
4-should ı choose state collages internship programs or private clinics.which one is more cheerful for foreigners.
