Chances of what? Getting a residency in the US? If so, your chances are zero without taking the first two steps of the USMLE (i am guessing USCLE is a typo).

I´m sorry if I didn´t make myself clear. USCE ( US Clinical Experience )
I´m considering chances of low scores, no USCE, and american citizen.
It would be easy to get a residency like that?
