Hi all,

It's another one of these, sorry!

I took the DAT on 5/22, and my scores were:

PAT: 17 =( , QR: 18, RC: 21, BIO: 19, GCH: 17 =(, OCH: 20

TS: 19
AA: 19

My GPA is 3.89, and science GPA is 3.85. Should I re-take the DAT in August? What do you think would be my chances if I don't?

Thanks much!

you can always apply now and re-take the DATs

You have a good GPA. If you've taken upper level division sciences that would help your application.

I agree with this. Your GPA is great and your DAT is decent. You should get some action. Send in everything you need to AADSAS. Retake your DAT to be on the safe side but don't fill out the schools you want to have your results sent to. This way, if you get a lower score, no one finds out and if you get a higher score worse case scenario is you are out an extra $75 or so. In the grand scheme, that's nothing. Good luck. Your chances look pretty good from my POV...but what do I know?

Sound advice. Very sound advice. You'll get interviews for sure. Practice alot of interview questions so that is not a weakness, and call afew schools and ask if you should schedule another DAT.

Thank you for all your help!!
