Hi,

I go to Johns Hopkins (undergrad) a pretty pre-med oriented school. However, grades are pretty boardline along with my MCAT scores. (3.5 cGPA, 3.2 sGPA) and 31 on MCAT. Asian American so the standards will be pretty high considering most Asians have really high grades. I'm not too worried about my extracurriculars or my recs.
What kinda chances do I have of getting into ANY med school and what should I do if I don't get in? Gap year? SMP program?

The physician I shadow always tells me there are two ways into getting into medical school: Mobile Clinics (abroad), and Research.

If you enjoy research try developing a thesis with the goal of publishing.

If you have the time and money, go to a few mobile clinics abroad and really reflect on your experience while you're away.

I think you'll get into A medical school (apply to D.O and Caribbean). I've seen people with worse stats get in - but make sure your EC's are amazing, and your interview skills are well polished. Utilize the things you have control of at this moment (EC's, Personal Statement, and your Interview).

Good luck.

Very little weight is given to the "medical missions" that you are describing.
There are several good threads that address this in pre-allo.
Application to Caribbean schools should only be considered after all else fails (several times).

The sticky above would indicate that your chances are just under 50% for MD schools in the US.
