3.66 sgpa, 3.67 cgpa ( University of Toronto) , MCAT 30 P, 1400 hours of Volunteer at different places, Chances in US schools?

Your gpa is good but you will need a lot more that just 1400 hours of volunteering to get accepted.
To be honest though, you may need a little better MCAT to be really competitive as a Canadian. That is just my opinion though, and some people may disagree with it.

Why on earth would it make a difference that he is Canadian? If he was applying to Canadian schools then yeah I agree, but he has the same chance at US schools as we all do. Therefore, a 30 is decent, GPA a tad low but sure, good chance at low tier schools.
