Quick question about my DAT scores... I just took it today and got 19AA 19TS and 19 PAT and I am wondering if i am considered competitive. I have a 3.57 sGPA and 3.58 overal with a 3.933 over the last 2 years (all my prereqs are A's) I don't know what happened on the DAT, i think nerves got the best of me and my test was extremely difficult for me. Here are my actual scores:

PAT: 19
QR:18
BIO:20
RC:20
GC:19
OC:18
TS:19
AA:19

As far as EC's go, I have 200+ volunteer hours-- around 40 of it was spent on a dental service trip to honduras, I am a two time all american lacrosse player, I have worked in a dental office (back managment) for the past 2 years-- I have just over 100 hours of shadowing GP and Endo (in the process of shadowing some other specialities), ton of leadership through my church and some other stuff
Just looking for some opinions-- I think seeing so many great scores makes me a little bit disappointed with my scores, but i feel like they are pretty consistent and not below any cutoffs out there. Also, whats the next step? just wait? I need to add some schools to my list, but dont know how. Or will aadsas send my scores to all the schools i applied to automatically?

Here are the schools i applied to (mailed everything but DAT second batch)

UCSF (not looking so good)
UOP
COL
Louisville
BU
Tufts
Maryland
Michigan
UMKC (State school)
NYU
Temple
Penn (not looking good either)
San antonio--its a risk but i have family there and figured it was worth the risk

Any other's you think i should add now that i have my scores?

Thanks in advance for any replies

How are all your pre reqs A's and your science is so low? In case they are, you are golden. All of mine are A's and i have gotten four interviews so far. Just a higher DAT.

Good Luck to you!

Honestly, im not sure. I have never had great luck with standardized tests, and I think my test anxiety hurt me quite a bit. I was second guessing myself left and right which is typical of how I perform on big tests like this. Plus my ochem teacher is notorious for using atypical reagents and focusing a ton on NMR so i don't feel like I was well prepared for that. But no excuses, I just didn't perform on the two chemistries.

To be honest, you stand a decent chance in all the schools you listed except Penn and maybe michigan. For UMKC, you are 100% in.

Yeah I figured as much, to be honest I am kind of hoping to get out of KS. Just out of curiosity, why are my chances at mich shot? I don't know much about their averages or OOS%, I just know I love the campus, and Ann arbor. Playing lacrosse games there was amazing.
