My AMCAS is already submitted and my activities reflect what I had planned to do when I drafted the application. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I am now no longer able to do one particular activity that I specified in my application as ongoing until at least June 2019 as I had to a get a full-time position doing something else medically related at least but demanding more time nonetheless. It was an amicable separation and the reference that I put down can certainly attest to that. In any case, Should this be something that I disclose to every school individually through email or would it be sufficient to disclose at the interview? I just do not want to come across as dishonest but the reality is that priorities change.

Well you were super vague but I am pretty sure schools do not care about that one thing. If you feel the need, you can update them at interview time.

Am I correct that you substituted one clinical employment activity for another? I suggest disclosing this in your fall update letter (or at any interview that happens before then, if it comes up. No rush.

Awesome thanks for the advice!

More often than not, there will be space in your secondaries to describe any new changes to your primary application. If not, I think it's reasonable to bring it up in your interview. In your case, it shows a sign of maturity/integrity, but also gives you a chance to discuss your new position.
