Here is my story:

I went to school in Minnesota and used that as my primary jurisdiction when I registered for the NAPLEX. I took a job in Alaska and never changed my primary jurisdiction, and participated in score transfer. I have taken the NAPLEX and the AK MPJE. I have no intention of ever working in Minnesota. Do I have to take the MN MPJE? Can I just cancel the exam and get a refund? Would it be more appropriate to change my jurisdiction?

I guess the reason I am asking all of these dumb questions is, MN will not release your NAPLEX score to you until you take the MPJE. I passed the AK MPJE and hopefully passed the NAPLEX (but I don't know since the MN board stinks)

If you guys have any experience, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Call the board and talk to LeAnn (she does the licensing). Seems like you're in a loophole. Yes, you have to have taken both before you get your results. But, since you did it in AK.....??

If you participated in score transfer to Alaska, then you can call Alaska and they'll let u know wether you pass NAPLEX or not. In that way, you dont have to deal with MN board.
