My status was "invited for interview" and I then I had the interview there on October 19 but today my status changed to "recieved/under review"? I know I'm prob freaking out over nothing, but does that mean anything?

It doesn't mean anything. They probably mean "under review" as in, you are being reviewed after your interview.
