2.5 years of reproductive biology research experience, I'm working on publishing my own work (first author) and I've mentored a High School student for 3 months in the lab. I got two grants that paid for research. One was HHMI the other was Sigma Xi.

Your sGPA dropped a lot since you last posted. Only two schools on your list have a bottom tenth percentile for the BCPM GPA of 3.0 or lower: UIC and Tulane.
