Changing an interview date

Hey all,

I have an interview at UMDNJ on Nov. 7 but found out this week that that's all of a sudden turned into a bad date for me. Would it be terribly frowned upon if I changed my interview date?

I recommend not to change your interview date! Some schools like USC don't even allow you to change interview date! Try to see if you can still manage to go on Nov. 7th!

On the contrary, I think it is absolutely fine to change it or atleast see if another day is available. We are humans too and have normal, changing schedules. I have changed a few interviews to accomodate flight travels and the schools have been very friendly and willing to help me find a good date. I'd say go for it if you want to.
