Changing PS?

I was wondering if I sent in one PS to my prelim and transitional programs and later (before Nov. 1) I send an updated one possibly better, would this be a good or bad move? 😕 I don't plan a drastic change, but maybe more along the lines of rewording. Just wanted people's opinion especially those who have done it and received comments on interviews. Better yet, what do those who have seen 2 statements in an applicant's file have to say? Thanks.
