Changing school designations

I registered for the DAT three months ago, and after taking it last week, I want to change the schools that I put down. Does anyone know how to do that or if it's even possible.

What you put down three months ago doesn't matter. As long as you listed even one school, ADA will automatically upload your scores to AADSAS, which is all that matters.
