Charles University or Semmelweis???

I am a greek student who just finished high-school in greece. I am interested in studying dentistry in either Hungary(semmelweis) or Czech republic(charles). According to the agencies in Greece, I could be easily accepted in both of the universities. The problem is that i dont know which one to choose...So, I would like to know which university has better program and has a better reputation. I intend to work in greece but I would like to be able to be accepted at a good university for a postgraduate degree. Let's say germany or a Scandinavian country. Any help is greatly appreciated. I must say that I am open to suggestions for other universities too.
