Is there any way i can just take science classes over at a Community College to Improve my Science GPA? or a Post Bac is a must?

If you take DIFFERENT sciences, or if you got like all C's, and want to retake for all A's, that might be ok. But if you just got a Mix of B's and such, and you take the equivalents at CC, this will look very shady. If you want a real answer, just call a dental school you're interested in and just ask them what you should do in your situation.
