Alabama is cheapest. As cost of living is also cheapest there. Colarado has cheap tuition too. But none of them are really cheap. All are extreme expensive. We are talking about 300k for most programs . Columbia is 400 k which is just insane for two years.

when they say tuition is 90k it's for 1 year or whole duration?

One of the least expensive dental schools is University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Currently its total expense for 2 years is around 200k including living expenses.
