Does anybody know what the top five cheapest dentals schools are?

It depends on whether you are talking about in state or out of state status for the first year.

Without doing any research, I'd venture to guess that ALL the Texas schools *for Texas residents* are about as cheap as they come.

For sure. I think UT-SA tuition is $4000/yr.

yeah....not even fair!!! You also need to consider cost of living when thinking of expense also. I talked to someone at one of my interviews who was from California. She said that it is cheaper for her to go out of state and pay more tuitions because after the difference in cost of living, it's cheaper out of state.
