Got this post from one of our clinical directors in my e-mail today. I figure it may be of some assistance.

The only affordable atypical for most patients is risperidal. At www.rxngo.com, a mail order pharmacy, patients can get a 3 month supply of risperidal for under 50 dollars. It does take a while to get medication from this program and they should get it in 3 month supply if they use it. It is worth looking at the variety of psychiatric and medical medications offered at this company.

Costco has a really good price for generic risperidone, too. Might be easier to access (if th pt lives anywhere near one) and you do not need a membership to use the pharmacy.
