I applied and have yet to take Human Anatomy 2, which is required for some schools. The school I was accepted to required Microbio Lab, which I am currently enrolled in.

IMO it wont make a big difference. How many pre reqs will you still need prior to applying?

It plays a role in a sense that once you are accepted and still taking pre-reqs you have a giant load of responsibility on your shoulders and there is no escape from that resposiblity. You can't fail those pre-reqs and better do well in them or your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list because the offer of acceptance is conditional.

If you get yourself in a position where for some reason you have an insane schedule and still taking pre-reqs (my last semester of college 19 units of upper division science classes), you will loose sleep, apetite and rest trying to excel in those last remaining pre-reqs. I was sooo stressed during my last semester, I lost an unhealthy amount of weight due to severe stress. So plan your last semester carefully.
