Checking applications status online?

Do any of you know which med schools had the option to check application status online and how frequently they update their applicants' info. Schools with this option, do they usually notify applicants if their status has changed?

Please list the schools with this option.

Most schools notified me when I was granted an interview, but otherwise I did not hear about a change in the status of my application. I think that most schools update their status checks at least once a week.
