Checking Drexel U Status?

Another status check question:
Drexel U has an email address on their site that they want you to email for status checks (I want to make sure everything is complete). I sent them a request 2 days ago and still no response. Is this turnaround time normal, or should I be concerned?

It takes them a few days to get back.

But don't wait too long (more than 5 days). Call em.

I did that - sent my AAMC ID in the email -
2 or 3 days later they sent back they needed my SSN to check my status - did that -
2 or 3 days later they emailed my status (complete).
about 1 week later I finally got the app complete postcard.
