I'm getting ready to start taking chemistry and physics and was wondering if there was some sort of study guides available out there that broke down the material so as to make it easier to understand? I have yet to buy my textbooks, but I figure there's got to be some sort of guide available that people would recommend.

Thoughts?

intro physics and chem will teach you everything you need to know starting from scratch. Enjoy your break; build a snowman.

For my chemistry class, our textbook was actually a very simplified textbook, so I found reading the text helpful on some chapters.

For Physics, it's really about practicing the the type of thinking you need to tackle the problems. It's not really something (at least in my experience) you can study. You just have to get used to it.
