Destroyer supplemented with any text you have from college in my opinion. Destroyer is great for high scores and getting those tough questions, but if you don't have the basic knowledge i think its difficult to get all of the material and knowledge out of destroyer that really helps.
same for gchem.
for bio cliffs ap bio is awesome...
