Hey guys, i need calls help on this one

Which of the following is the [OH-], in M, in a 0.010 M Ca(OH)2 solution.

The answer is 0.040 but not sure quite how.. thanks in advance

I think the answer should be 0.02, since it gives off 2 [OH-] and is a strong base. Are you sure its 0.04?

According to the ADA solutions it is 0.04, my initial answer was .02 also...
