Hi Everyone,
At my school the chemistry sequence goes Chemistry I, Organic I and II then Intermediate Inorganic Chemistry. The inorganic class at my school is offered at the same time each semester and I will always have a conflict during the lecture and lab times because of my major (non science). To fix this problem, I registered for General Chemistry II at a local 4 year university this summer so I can take the MCAT in Jan. I didnt think this would be an issue but a friend, who is in med school now, told me that schools will probably not like that Ive gone from upper level courses during the year to a 100 level freshman class over the summer. I just finished my junior year and am done with all the prereqs minus this class. Do you think this will be a problem at all? There is no way I will ever be able to take inorganic at my school. Thank you!
