I took high school Chem 1 Sophomore year in high school and while scheduling for senior year, instead of a Chem 2 we have a college level Chem class equivalent to General Chem 105 and 106. I am not sure dental schools will take the credits for them if I take them in high school and I am not sure how well the high school class will prepare me so do you think jumping into Chem freshman year of College will be all that hard with 2 years of no Chemistry?

Will the beginning chem classes be hard in college if I only took Chem 1 in high school Sophomore year?

Depends on your professor. In my opinion, I hated chemistry but I managed to get a good grade because I worked my butt off.

High school chemistry teaches you the basic as college chemistry is relatively harder. You don't really need HS chem to do well in general chem because the basic concepts are pretty simple and will likely to be reviewed. 😀
