I did a quick search already, but I could not find what I was looking for on the forum. Are there any pharmacists here working retail in downtown Chicago and if so...what's your hourly pay rate? I have 4 years experience and I wanted to see if $53 / hour is competitive.

Downtown Chicago is completely saturated. Your salary is on the average to low side for the Chicago area for retail.
