Child Neurology vs Neurology?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
CHOP is hard. CHB is hard.

Partners is hard, UCSF is hard.

Other programs are not so hard. Other programs are super not so much hard.

There are competitive and noncompetitive programs in both specialties. You're better off determining whether you want to devote your entire career to children or adults with neurologic disease. Then worry about finding a program that is commensurate with your competitiveness.

Thanks for your reply.. I like them both! So I am thinking about other options that may affect my application and also want to apply for less competitive ones to be on safe side!
