Childrens/Harvard Pediatric Dent

Is there anyone out there at Harvard doing a pediatric dentistry residency? I wanted to know what they look for in applicants? Experience? Research? And how difficult is it to get into the program? What kinda board scores do they want? 😕

And, how can I do an externship there? Do I just contact the program and ask or do I go through someone in my school?😕

I'm going to start the Children's Boston program in July, so I can try to be of assistance. I think, just like other programs, they like well-rounded candidates who have a sincere interest in pediatrics. If you're friendly, I think that will help (as I'm pretty sure the residents had a lot of say, as they do at a lot of places).
