Can't decide between EVMS, RFU BMS, or Toledo MSBS.......deposit deadlines approaching...anyone care to offer their (unbiased) insight or a word of advice?

I would choose EVMS for the location as well as the linkage to their medical school. RFU I believe has 75% of their students finishing the program and of that 70% are accepted, so when you do the math it's more like 50-60% (just what I've read on SDN so don't quote me on this). Cincinnati is a good program but I would rather live in Virginia than Ohio.

Do you mind sharing what your stats are? Just curious as I'm very interested in EVMS. Thanks!

I'm leaning towards EVMS now too, based off the lower price-tag and the location.

I'd second EVMS. I think RFU (in addition to being very pricey) has an overly inflated linkage %. Most people quote 50-70% (depending on who you ask), but that's before accounting for the ~30% of the class that fails to finish the program each year. So the linkage is probably quite a bit lower.

EVMS has the reputation, at least on SDN, for one of the highest linkages outside Tulane's ACP program or Temple's ACMS program. It's also cheap, and I'd take VA over OH any day.

I don't believe you'll be setting roadblocks for yourself at any of the three programs, or at pretty much any US MD school.
