Does anyone of you have experience with reading chromogen multiplex slides? Maybe a duplex, triplex, or even more?
1. What is the difference between reading a singleplex vs. a multiplex?
2. At which point would you not feel comfortable reading a multiplex manually?
3. Do you see any medical value in having multiple stains on one slide? I'm thinking about companion diagnostics and if anyone could think of medical value there?
