Chromosome sheet idea/request?

Reading through FA you get alot of chromosome numbers (ie huntingtons on 4, b-amyloid on 21 as my boy goljan taught us, etc etc.) Does anyone have a master sheet with all chromosomes and their associated deficiences? Just wondering, I may try to piece one together but I figured I would ask before attempting. hope everyone is doing well!

I think they were pretty concentrated on a few pages in FA....one in biochem/one in heme/one in path intro
