When resistors are in parallel they have the same voltage. If 3 resistors are connected in parallel to a battery that has a voltage of 9V for example, then each one of those resistors will have a voltage of 9V.
Resistors in parallel have different currents, but they experience the same voltage.
You can see this by the equation V=IR.
When each resistor has the same voltage, V, they will have different currents, I, because each resistor has its own resistance(R).
