You're fine. Surgery is pretty much indistinguishable from IM in terms of what we are tested on for shelves and step. Be ready for trauma and emergent situations- If you know how to read CT and CXR (masses, free air under diaphragm, HTX/PTX), when surgery is indicated without imaging (obvious bleed in trauma, obvious appendicitis, etc) then the rest of it is basically medicine with some peds and OB thrown in. Oh and critical care- fluids, vent settings, ABG's, etc. Anyway your scores look good so don't sweat it.
