Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could summarize the logistics of the test day for me...I realzied that for step I since I read FA it told me all about breaks, # of blocks, # of question, time for each block, etc but I didn't do FA for step II so I'm kinda in the dark.

Eight blocks of 47 questions (one hour each), 45 minutes of break time, 15 minutes of tutorial time, and it's exactly like step 1 in most ways. Skip the tutorial, break time gets added. Finish early on a block, break time gets added. Take breaks between sections PRN. And so on.

Any issues with noise or anything? any weirdnesses at all? I went by the testing center and they said we could only use those orange plastic ear phones which are pretty beat up, but no ear plugs anymore.

Anyone have anything that bugged them on test day???

You're right...can't wear your own earplugs, and also can't wear a watch. I didn't have any distractions, didn't even need to wear the orange headphone thingies. You will have a few questions that require you to put on the real headphones for some audio related to the question.
