Clarifying LOR Question

Many schools state: You can submit your LORs through AACOMAS, Interfolio, etc.
Or
Please submit your letters through AACOMAS.

AFAIK, you can't "SUBMIT" your AACOMAS LORs. Surely, they mean, if you uploaded to AACOMAS we can download them from there, right?

If we have our letters uploaded to AACOMAS there is nothing we need to do, correct? I find the wording very frustrating and confusing.

No need to overthink this, if you submitted your letters to AACOMAS, then they will send them to every school you applied to.
