Hi,

I have a 3.7 overall gpa and I planning to score pretty high in the mcat; however, i have not been able to attend school fulltime due to work. I'm wondering if med-school will count that against me.

I must mentioned that I'm not just working full time, I'm working two jobs.

I am not sure but they might. I worked full time and went to school full time so if we both had the same numbers then they clearly would pick me. They might think that you cant handle tremendous loads of work (ie. med school). So try and stay full time if possible.

You see I'm not just working full time, I have two jobs.

Yep, but I can still get straight "A" if I stay as a part-time student

if you provide a legitimate reason for working all that much, they won't count it against you. they know that not everyone has a peachy keen life and definitely take that into consideration.
