So due to a bizarre twist of events invloving my own stupidity, I am now graduating in December 2007 rather than May 2007.

Bad side:

Bordom

Good side:
Easier to get job in Morgantown in December due to less competition from other graduates, cause like a Tigger, I's the only one!
Get one more last summer Vacation.
Get to make post about it on SDN.

I'm not retyping the whole deal, I just wrote a dilleoh (I made up that word.) on my blog thingy.

I just read your blog entry and I'm really sorry that they're putting you through this. It especially sucks that the students you are retaking the class with won't even fall under the same rule.

So, if I read it correctly, your school had a rule that you couldn't get less than a 70 on any one test even if your overall average was ok. Is this a common rule? I'm glad that our school doesn't have it because I would have been in trouble a few times.

Ugh, we had the same thing with our kinetics class, that blows. You sound like you're doing really well with this, I'm sure I would not be so forgiving. Sorry you're dealing with this! 🙁

Well, my wife doesn't graduate until 2009 and we're itching to get out of this state, so it's not like I can forge a career anytime soon. When I graduate, I'll just be a journeyman for 1.5 years.

I'm sorry for your situation, but you have a funny blog! You have a wonderful way with words and seem like a very witty guy. You'll do fine,but you may need to eat more donuts or pizzas!

One question though....when you got married, did you wear a tie??? It seems to be a foreign thing - I've heard my husband complain about those @#$% straight pins too! Fortunately....its not always required for the job.

That professor sounds like a real dick. And I thought my professors hated me. At least they didn't make me repeat a class. 😡
