hey guys, now that pretty much all of 2006 has finished the grind, who is thinking and getting ready prepping etc for next years step? i figure since last year had such a solid showing of hardcore people who helped each other and so many people we should get the rally going so jsut curious to see whos out there? 2nd year here i come

I bought Goljans audio lectures and started listening to them one a day during my workouts and started reading the notes during down time of my summer research projects. Man this guy is good he realy does intergrate physio, bio chem and other subjects into path.

which notes are you reading--the ones that correspond to the audio--that supposedly come with it? Or the RR book--any correlation?

The notes that come with the audio. I've read some of his stars path review book and the notes seem to be a more condensed version of his review book. As for the rapid review book I've skimmed over some of it at my book store and its similiar to his notes and stars book but with newer and more stuff. Maybe pm Idiopathic cause I think he read the stars book and the rapid review and maybe the notes too since he goes to the school that goljan teaches at.
