Classification of animal behavior?

The class was taught in a manner that had no biology but rather sociological/psychological aspects of animals and humans.

I classified it under behavioral and social science. Would this be ok?

Course prefix is Zoo, so would this make it fall under zoology automatically?

For AMCAS, the instructions state that a course should be classified by content, not by course prefix. I think you made the correct choice.
 
Did the course discuss why, sociologically and psychologically speaking, monkeys like to throw their feces at humans (and not vice versa)?

Because we have the benefit of language and monkeys only have ooh's and aah's and ee's and hoo's. Not many options for insults, so poop slinging is a necessity.
