cleaning 20D and 90D lens

Any advice on how to clean 20D and 90D lens without scratching them? (and not paying $20 for cleaning wipes from Volk)?

You can use whatever is sold for eyeglasses (cloth and spray bottle of solution are fairly inexpensive). Just don't use the alcohol wipes from clinic!

Warm water, mild soap, gentle drying with a lens tissue.

In addition to the above, one retina attending told me that he gives them a final rinse with sterile water and that takes off any residues from regular tap water. Might be a little excessive, but hey.
