I need somebody to clear up the question about the matching forms. I remember somebody said we don't need matching forms for LORs and professors can send LORs directly to aadsas, but I'm not sure. What about the transcript? most of the time, schools just put the transcript in a sealed envelop then send it. Do we have to have that matching form sent with the transcript? Anybody done it sucessfully without the matching forms?

you need the forms for both, it says it on AADSAS, the only thing that sucks is you can't get them till the cycle opens, i was able to get the recommendation forms, but you still need your AADSAS number that they give you when you first open your account for the application cycle. So basically trying to start early with the forms in useless, unless you want to give the matching forms to the people writing you the recommendations and tell them you'll send them the AADSAS number once you get it?

I opened the 2006 cycle app, and the matching form is all filled out by the applicant AKA US. What I am doing is giving all my rec letter to be deposited into career center at UCLA. What the career center will do is once the cycle opens up, I'll fill out the matching forms for each instructor and give it to them. They then will attach it to the letter of rec received from the professor. I think you guys should do this also. MATCHING FORM DOES NOT REQUIRE PROFESSOR'S SIGNATURES. JUST NEED THEIR ADRESS AND ALL THAT.
