Should I e-submit my application now so it arrives early to the rolling school I am applying to or wait until I get a volunteer position in the hospital pharmacy to list it in my application? The problem is that I am not guaranteed the position because when I asked the volunteer manager she said there were only 1-2 spots left. I already interviewed, had my health requirements, and went to an orientation. Now, I just have to wait and be persistent to land the job.

I currently do not have any pharmacy experience and my GPA is around 3.72, sGPA is like 3.65, PCAT score is 58. I will be retaking in June. I am also getting my BS in Biochemistry next May. Would the volunteer position in the pharmacy substancial boost my application? Any suggestions?

In my opinion it depends on how long you have to wait to hear back about the position. If its a week or 2 then I think its worth waiting for - it shouldn't make a huge difference about the rolling admission school.

With your stats, I wouldn't think it would matter. You're already above average and unless you significantly lack volunteer/extracurric's, you're fine. The only thing I can think otherwise that might cause you to delay, is maybe that you're shooting for an early enrollment (you didn't specify as to what schools you were applying to). You could potentially wait and see how your PCAT works out and then hit the e-submit button. Do you have time to wait?

Midwestern CCP is my aim. I only have like 2 ECs/Volunteer experiences listed so I would consider it to be lacking. (Volunteering for my high school and member of a club in college). You think maybe I could just list in the supplemental material instead because that will take longer to receive and I will hopefully have the job by then.

i would would say if u dont have to wait too long for the response then wait.
