During my undergrad, I did absolutely no clinical experience besides shadowing a couple of doctors, totalling maybe 50-60hrs. That's it. I applied, got rejected, and realized I was an idiot and didn't do enough. So, in the last year I've tutored biology at a high school, worked 80hrs or so in a free clinic as a CNA, and have just started fulltime work at a hospital as a CNA (Worked about 120hrs or so in the first few weeks). Is this going to be enough on my re-application? I just took the August MCAT, so my score came in late, but I got a 33P, and my GPA is a 3.7 (science GPA is also about a 3.7). I know I have everything going for me, but I'm worried about my clinical experience. Will they take into account the fact that I will be working as a CNA all year and get thousands of hours of experience before medical school starts? Will it be a strike against me that I just now in the last year really started getting serious about my health-related experiences?

No, not at all. I think you're completely fine. Your stats are great and your clinical experience is definitely sufficient. The timing of the experience really won't have any effect on your application. It definitely didn't for me.
