I was wondering what people are getting on their written evaluation after each rotation? I feel like every rotation says the same thing and I don't know what is just "fluff" vs. something a residency director would actually see as important. Does anyone feel the same way?

Yup. That's what third year is all about.

You'll find that some attendings will write generic comments that all sound similar. Some attendings will put in the effort to write something personal about you. As long as there is nothing negative written, I would really worry about it.
