You can narrow it down to C and E but with the addition of negative Sx (lives alone and no friends) and hallucinations I'd go with E.

Hey, thanks for replying. I was just wondering - she's only had these symptoms for 7 days. How can we diagnose Schizophrenia based on that?

Not sure, I could be wrong. Nothing else seemed to fit though.

Delusional disorder , That's what i would pick ..

She just seems to have a fixed false belief, ... nothing really screams psychotic and she's able to function, have a normal job and live on her own since she was 17.
